1. Introduction & Agreement Overview

Welcome to SANIHA ("we", "us", "our", or "SANIHA Online Store"). By accessing, browsing, or using our website, placing an order, or utilizing any of our storefront services, you ("Customer", "User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue using our storefront immediately.

2. Account Registration & User Security

• You must be at least 18 years old or browsing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases on SANIHA.
• When creating an account or using Google Single Sign-On (SSO), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and JWT authentication tokens.
• SANIHA reserves the right to terminate accounts, cancel pending orders, or restrict access if fraudulent or unauthorized activities are detected.

3. Product Pricing, Currency & Availability

All prices listed on SANIHA are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ - INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional coupons at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or packaging may occur.
• In the event of a pricing error on a product listing, SANIHA reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund to the customer.

4. Payments & Razorpay Gateway Verification

Payments on SANIHA are securely processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway supporting Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and digital wallets.

• All transactions are protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and verified using HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.
• Orders are processed only after payment verification is confirmed by Razorpay servers.
• SANIHA does not store your full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 working days across India based on shipping location.

• 7-Day Risk-Free Replacement: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify our support team within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All content on SANIHA, including brand logos, taglines ("Live a Little"), product designs, text, graphics, images, and codebase, are the exclusive intellectual property of SANIHA.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
